Meaning

Om - Unity with the supreme, the combination of the physical with the spiritual.
Kama - Refers to sexual fulfillment, sensory pleasure, and sensual gratification, love, and aesthetic enjoyment of life.
Pujitayei - Worship of power, veneration of Shakti.
Namaha - Offering greetings.

It translates to "Greetings to sacred love."
