Meaning

Om - Unity with the supreme, the combination of the physical with the spiritual.
Kama - Refers to sexual fulfillment, sensory pleasure, and sensual gratification, love, and aesthetic enjoyment of life.
Pujitayei - Worship of power, veneration of Shakti.
Namaha - Offering greetings.

It translates to "Greetings to sacred love."

Effect

This is a tantric mantra. This mantra connects you with the idea of making love as a sacred act. You experience each act as a divine expression of love. All actions become an expression of love infused with the creative energy of the Universe. Embracing the qualities of each of the chakras, I honor all my actions as the divine expression of Creation.
