Meaning

• Sa - The totality of all that ever was, is, or will be. It is the beginning and the infinite.
• Ta - Creativity, existence, and life manifesting the infinite.
• Na - The transformation of consciousness, change, death.
• Ma - Regeneration and rebirth. The conscious experience of the joy of the infinite.

Effect

This mantra connects us with the idea of constant change or "impermanence," which inevitably characterizes life. You flow in the great Truth that everything changes. Much of our suffering as humans comes from not accepting this great Truth, and ceasing to fight or resist it becomes a source of inner peace.
